Did you know Oyster offers a free tool called the Global Salary Converter? This tool is essential for estimating the appropriate salary when relocating team members internationally. By using up-to-date cost of living data that includes rent, food, clothing, transportation, and more, the Global Salary Converter helps ensure your team maintains a similar lifestyle in their new country.

Past employment verification letters for your team members

To help you save time and effort, former team members can now request past employment verification letters in the Oyster platform and in just a few clicks.

SAP Concur Expense integration

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our integration with Concur Expense! 🚀 You can now manage your expenses directly from Concur Expense while ensuring that they’re accurately paid out to your Oyster hires through our robust payroll system.

What else is new?

TriNet Integration: TriNet and Oyster are teaming up to help companies employ global talent. Through our collaboration and platform integration, businesses can onboard, pay, and care for employees in the U.S. and beyond (180+ countries), all while maintaining local compliance. Set up integration.

Vacation rules for Brazil Team Members: In Brazil, Team Members are not allowed to take any paid vacation days in their first year of employment. Our platform enforces this policy by restricting the use of paid vacation days until the completion of their first year of service. Learn more.
