Who will I work with?

All projects are led by Oyster’s in-house senior HR experts with deep, real-world experience across multiple countries. You work directly with experienced professionals—not junior consultants or outsourced providers.

How is People Partner Services priced?

The service is billed at $300 per hour, with project-based pricing and no minimum commitment. You only pay for the support you need.
