Build comprehensive compensation packages in minutes

When it comes to compensation, it’s not just about the salary. Our revamped Salary Insights Tool now goes beyond base pay—it includes benefits and equity information. With a single search, you’ll have a holistic view of the rewards you can offer your team members.

Pay your direct employees using Oyster in 15+ countries

With our all-new Global Payroll product, you can consolidate your multi-country payroll operations and use a single platform to quickly and compliantly pay your direct employees in 15+ countries. Breeze through simple workflows to deliver on-time payments and leverage the knowledge of Oyster’s payroll consultants whenever you need more guidance.

Misclassification protection is available for new and existing contractors

Oyster Shell is now available for new and existing eligible contractors. Oyster Shell offers additional misclassification protection by reimbursing certain claims or losses when engaged contractors are deemed to be misclassified.

What else is new?

Payroll breakdown is now accessible directly in the platform: For global payroll customers, you’ll now be able to see a summary of your payroll data for each cycle, a breakdown of your payroll data per Team Member, as well as the variance in payroll data in comparison to the previous payroll cycle directly in the platform. No need to download and navigate lengthy spreadsheets!

Edit time off mapping and set up custom time off types: If you’re using HRIS time off integration, this update will make your data mapping much easier. You can edit the mapping of time off types between your HRIS and Oyster directly in the platform to ensure data consistency. You can also set up custom types for time off categories that aren’t found in Oyster.

Submit time off requests through our API: You can now submit time off requests through your own platforms using our API, without needing to go through the Oyster platform!
