You can also make changes to job titles and salaries in bulk with a few easy clicks for both fixed and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) contractors.

When dealing with a large number of invoices, time is crucial. You can now multi-select and bulk approve invoices in the Oyster platform with just a click.
Offer competitive benefits with these new updates
Offer locally competitive health benefits and wellness allowances to teams in Portugal and a new meal allowance add-on to teams in Romania. See all the countries where local benefits are available. We’ve also partnered with Allianz Health to offer life and disability insurance to your global teams. The coverage ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 based on the plan, and team members can be enrolled in 165+ countries.
Manage time off across across different vacation calendars with ease
Vacation carryover rules and vacation calendar periods vary from country to country, and aren’t always January 1–December 31. With the new automated carryover in the U.S. and the Netherlands, your team members can access their balance leaves and find out when they expire. Plus, you can process payroll compliantly and accurately.
