How can I request support or ask questions in the Oyster app?

The Oyster Support team serves both Customers and Team Members by promptly resolving inquiries within 72 hours. To request support, simply log into your account, choose Support Center from the main navigation, then click ‘Submit a request’ in the top right corner.

Can Oyster help me with legal and HR questions? 

Our automated platform is supported by our in-house legal team that partners with leading local experts in employment and IP law. Local HR business partners are assigned for country-specific questions, so that you can expect a compliant and efficient employment experience.

What ongoing support will our company and Team Members receive from Oyster?

The Oyster Customer Experience team is specialized by domain to ensure deep expertise for every stage of the employment lifecycle. Each Team Member will have a dedicated Hiring Success Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.  After that, Customers and Team Members will have access to specialized support teams for support regarding payroll, benefits, ongoing HR and People operations issues, and offboarding. You’ll also have access to our Customer Success team to ensure you receive the full value of your partnership with Oyster.

What if I have a complex global employment case and need more guidance? 

When dealing with contractor conversion, entity migration, or other complex global employment scenarios, the Oyster team builds a project plan and consults you throughout the process.
