Working Remotely in Poland

What are the rules and regulations that companies have to follow when their team members work remotely in Poland?

Overview on remote work regulations in Poland

According to the proposed regulations, the rules for conducting remote work are to be defined through an agreement reached between the employer and corporate trade unions. However, if no such agreement is reached or no trade unions are actively involved with the company, the employer will establish the restrictions.

At the employer's request, remote work will be permitted, but only if the employee has the necessary facilities and equipment. If no agreement or regulations have been reached, remote work will be permitted at the employer's request or the employee's request.
