Workers can only be placed into remote work with their consent, and subject to the signing of an individual agreement. They withold the right, without prejudice, to withdraw and therefore exit remote working at any time and return to office-based work if available.
Any refusal by the worker to sign this agreement cannot be used as grounds for dismissal, nor should the worker be formally disciplined.
